Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, we begin processing and preparing your order and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, we're unable to cancel it — please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these are created specifically for you. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, reach out as soon as possible and we'll let you know.
